There are 4 rooms available to guests on the top floor with a shared full bathroom. Two of the rooms have a comfortable Queen sized memory foam bed and two have twin single beds.
The rooms have whatever you would expect to find in a hotel room, with a few bonuses. Rolling papers, an enail or a volcano vaporizer which I am happy to demonstrate if need be. Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be required to verify yourself with SUPERHOG.

- Designated Smoking Room ( In the large open concept family room there is Cannabis smoking / vaping permitted. There is no tobacco smoking permitted indoors but accommodations are available on the outside deck. )

The best part about my neighborhood is its very walkable. My backyard is a great place to chill and smoke a joint and McDonalds is 400 metres away so you can walk to get a cheeseburger or if youd rather just chill here and watch a movie, I can make you a custom pizza in the kitchen.

CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
