Nestled under tall arching trees next to the Chinese Medicinal Herb garden, this tent sits in a park like setting soaring above the bank of Black Brook Creek with a deck overlooking the future lavender field. Down on the bank, listen to the crackling fire at your private firepit, or enjoy a meal listening to the babbling creek at your private picnic table. If Mother Nature decides to rain on your fun, no worries, you can enjoy the sound of rain on the metal roof that keeps you dry. Need to work? There is a table and 2 chairs in the tent to setup shop. Keep your pretty clothes looking great - hang them the hangers and hooks. Throw the rest of your stuff on the bench.
Please note: The Glamping Area does not have power or running water. Those items are in the Gathering Area. Parking is above the Gathering Area in the parking lot.
Smoking is Permitted
- There is no smoking inside but the property is 420 friendly. ( We ask for no smoking/vaping in the tents, buildings or on decks. In outside common areas, please be considerate of others. When no one else is around or you're at your private firepit - enjoy. )

We are LOCAL beverage and LOCAL LEGAL cannabis friendly. Montezuma Winery and Just Breathe Finger Lakes are 2 miles away.We ask that all guests on property be over 25 years old due to Seneca County Laws surrounding alcohol and cannabis use.No pets - our livestock guardian is exchange for keeping away things that go bump in the night wants all of the pets for himself.Relax, chill, have fun

We're not that exciting. Two people who tend to not sit still.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
