Nestled into the trees on the edge of the woods, perched on the edge of Black Brook Creek, this tent offers a deck on the water's edge. Relax on the bank of Blackbrook Creek listening to the crackling of the fire in your private firepit or while having a leisurely dinner at your private picnic table. If you're in the tent, curl up on the love seat to read a book, or if you must do a little work turn on the lantern at the table. To cold? Turn on the heater. To hot turn on the fan. Throw your stuff on the bench. Put your dressy clothes on the hangers and hooks. This is the quietest of our tents with a full underlayment to lessen the sound of rain on the metal roof that will keep you dry no matter what mother nature throws your way.
Please note: The Glamping Area does not have power or running water. All of those are available in the Gathering Area. Parking is in the parking area above the Gathering Area.
Smoking is Permitted
- There is no smoking inside but the property is 420 friendly. ( We ask for no smoking/vaping in the tents, buildings or on decks. In outside common areas, please be considerate of others. When no one else is around or you're at your private firepit - enjoy. )

We are LOCAL beverage and LOCAL LEGAL cannabis friendly. Montezuma Winery and Just Breathe Finger Lakes are 2 miles away.We ask that all guests on property be over 25 years old due to Seneca County Laws surrounding alcohol and cannabis use.No pets - our livestock guardian is exchange for keeping away things that go bump in the night wants all of the pets for himself.Relax, chill, have fun

CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
