Late check out is $50.Check out after 11 a $50 fee will be addedIf you would like a late check out let us know by 9 am.Quiet Time after 9 pm- we live in the one of the quietest areas of the county. Sound travels exceptionally far. Medium level conversations outdoors can be heard by neighbors not visible down the hill.No amplified music outside.Smoking only in designated backyard area. We live in an area of extreme fire danger. Please extinguish cigarettes completely. No candles inside or outside.No burning of incense or resins.Please familiarize yourself with the fire extinguisher location and fire safety placard. No walking around the property, this is a family home. Please stay stay in designated areas: Backyard, front patio and parking area.Be mindful of the other tenants on the property.

Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.
