Enjoy a fully-equipped private bedroom and your own bathroom. Walk to the Hudson waterfront in 5 minutes where you can take the ferry or step outside the house directly to the bus stop where you will be in Times Square/Hells Kitchen in 10 minutes. The house is also a 5-10 minute walk to beautiful historic Hoboken with incredible restaurants and stunning views.
The private room has a full bed, desk, dresser, TV, and closet. Feel free to use the large kitchen, downstairs living room with large TV for your streaming pleasure. Have a cocktail in the cozy backyard while my two small dogs sunbathe. I will be happy to show you around and/or give you directions. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods each within walking distance.

Availability
Two blocks to the Hudson waterfront with stunning views of Manhattan. Five to ten minute walk into beautiful Hoboken where there's incredible food, views, dispensaries, and parks. A short train ride to Jersey City which has a lot to offer as well. The bus to Manhattan is across the street from my house, there is parking in the back for your car, and lots of history.

HOUSE RULES
Due to the fact that I have dogs, all 420 must be kept safely stored. No loud parties, quiet time in the backyard is 10pm on weekdays, 11:45pm on weekends.
HOST'S INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I spend a lot of my time in my room so you will have a lot of independence.
CANCELLATION
Guests have the right to a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of booking. Within 14 days of arrival , Guests receive a 50% refund. After this time, the full cost of the booking will apply.

Don't forget to bring your government issued, photo ID as your host may want to check it.
